Configurable review cycles allow organisations to run evaluations monthly, quarterly, or at any required interval, adapting seamlessly to different operational models. A multi-perspective review framework supports self-assessments, manager evaluations, and peer reviews, with the foundation in place for full 360-degree feedback. Each employee has access to a personalised dashboard, providing real-time visibility into their performance, progress, and scoring.
