How we deliver
Every project moves through four phases. Each one has a defined output, an agreed cost and a decision point at the end of it, so you always know what you are buying before you buy the next part of it.
Phase 0
Your idea
A free first conversation whose only job is working out whether there is a project here, and whether the shape you arrived with is the right one. No obligation, and no proposal at the end of it unless there is something worth proposing.

Phase 1, analysis and design
Discovery, business model, functional and technical requirements, user flows, interface design and the data model. This is where the product actually gets decided, while changing it still costs a conversation instead of a sprint.
Roughly fifteen per cent of a project budget, and the only portion that pays itself back before the project ends. Most development goes wrong before anyone writes code, and it goes wrong here, by being skipped.
Phase 2, development and hosting
Front end, back end, integrations, cloud architecture, deployment and testing. The people who write the software also run the infrastructure, which is why an outage here gets diagnosed rather than escalated.

Phase 3, marketing, momentum and impact
Launch, then continuous improvement on agreed monthly hours with scope set together each month. Unused hours go into optimisation or a head start on what is next. They are never lost and never pocketed. The team that built your product is the team that stays with it.
Why the phases matter
The reason projects overrun is almost always that Phase 1 was skipped. A brief gets taken at face value, a team starts building, and the expensive discovery happens in month four when it turns out the thing being built solves a problem nobody has.
We would rather spend a month deciding and five months building than six months building the wrong thing.
Lets bring your
project to life.

We help visionaries turn their ideas into innovative, impactful software: mobile apps, web apps, e-commerce, and the systems a business runs on.
