MTD NetworX is a South African owned company that provides fibre to less privileged residential areas. We designed and developed a customer facing app where we can help users to easily mange their accounts, view their subscriptions, upgrade or downgrade their packages and get in touch with customer support, easily!
MTD NetworX needed to bridge a gap between a public-facing fibre brand presence and a seamless digital customer journey. While demand for fast residential connectivity was growing, key steps like onboarding, verification, subscription activation, payment follow-ups, and account visibility needed to feel simpler, faster, and more trustworthy on mobile. The business also needed a way to unify customer-facing experiences with existing portal systems without disrupting current operations.
We designed and delivered an integrated digital platform made up of a secure backend API layer and a mobile-first customer application. The solution connects directly with the client’s existing portal ecosystem, enabling streamlined signup, OTP confirmation, profile and document verification, location-aware service availability checks, package selection, subscription management, and payment processing. On the customer side, users can manage their accounts end-to-end: view current package, monitor subscription status and billing, download statements, and access support quickly. On the business side, the platform introduces cleaner operational visibility through dashboard-ready metrics.
The new platform gives MTD NetworX a stronger, more connected digital operating model: a smoother onboarding journey, improved customer self-service, and reduced friction around payments and account support. By centralising subscriptions, verifications, and account workflows into one cohesive experience, the business is better positioned to scale fibre adoption while maintaining service quality and brand trust.
