VetXtend had built a strong suite of solutions - performance reporting, digital marketing, online retail and pharmacy, partner rebates - but each lived in its own tool, and each answered its own narrow question. Practice owners were left to interpret dashboards on their own time, connecting dots between numbers, clinical standards and client behaviour that rarely sat side by side. Reporting told them what had already happened. What the business needed was a single platform that could tell practices what to do next.
We designed and delivered a unified platform layer that wraps VetXtend's existing reporting ecosystem into one connected experience, with an AI copilot embedded throughout. The platform is built around five questions every practice owner asks: how the clinic is performing, what's happening operationally, how clients are being retained and grown, where opportunities are being missed, and what happens if something changes. Practices get financial and clinical performance in one view, benchmarking against comparable clinics, capacity and demand forecasting, revenue opportunity analysis, and scenario planning that models the impact of a decision before it's made. A continuous insight engine monitors performance in the background and delivers daily, weekly and monthly summaries with recommended actions - by email, push notification, or directly in the platform.
