ProfileMe is a South African platform that replaces the paper business card with a live, branded web profile. Every professional gets a shareable link and QR code carrying their contacts, bio, credentials, booking links and media - while their employer keeps full control of the branding and the wording. We designed and built the platform end to end: the admin hub, the rendering engine, and the CMS and API layer underneath.

First impressions had moved to mobile but the tools had not. A printed card is out of date the day it ships, carries no analytics, and says nothing about the brand behind the person. The link-in-bio tools that filled the gap were built for individuals, not organisations - no brand control, no approval step, no way to publish a thousand consistent profiles. In regulated industries that gap was a blocker: a financial services group cannot let hundreds of advisers each invent their own page, wording and disclaimers.

We built a three-part platform: a headless CMS holding every company, profile, template and permission set; a rendering engine with mobile and desktop templates, contact grids, lead forms, branded QR codes and one-tap save-to-contacts; and an admin hub with a drag-and-drop builder, live device preview, per-component edit permissions, an approvals queue, bulk user management and analytics. Publishing does more than save a record - the platform generates and deploys a complete standalone site for that profile, with social metadata, a PWA manifest and service worker so it installs to a home screen, a downloadable contact card, and routing onto the company's own domain. Every profile is fast static hosting, centrally managed.

Clients now own a channel they can measure. Profiles are on-brand by construction rather than by policy, update the moment the CMS changes, and report on themselves - which advisers get contacted, which links get used, which campaigns convert. Rolling out or rebranding several hundred profiles became a template change instead of a design project. And because the platform is fully white-label, the same codebase now runs for individual professionals, agencies, and banks on their own domains under their own brand.
